How do I track my order?

How do I return an item?

Contact Customer Care for a "Return Authorization Number" and where to send back the item.

 

 

 

What is your return policy?

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

You have 20 days from ship date to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
